In the app
- Open the AstroConsult app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
We sign you out on every device and delete your profile and birth details within 30 days. Signing in again within those 30 days cancels the deletion.
Without the app
E-mail support@astroconsult-test.duckdns.org from any address with the mobile number of the account. We confirm by SMS before deleting.
What we keep
Records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records (up to 8 years), are kept and then deleted. Unused wallet money can be refunded to the original payment method before deletion; ask us first.
