1. Who we are
AstroConsult is operated by AstroConsult (test server), Test server, not a business address ("we"). These terms apply to our Android apps and this website.
2. The service
We connect you with independent astrologers for chat and in-app voice and video consultations. Astrologers give their own views. Consultations are for guidance and entertainment and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not stop or change treatment or make major decisions on the basis of a consultation alone.
3. Your account
You need an Indian mobile number and must be 18 or older. Keep your phone secure: anyone with your one-time password can use your account. If you sign in with Google, your Google account is linked to your mobile number, which stays your account. One account per person.
4. Wallet and payments
- You add money to your wallet through our payment gateway. The wallet can only be used on AstroConsult; it cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash.
- Consultations are charged per started minute at the price shown before you start, after the free seconds, on our server clock. The price is fixed for that consultation.
- When you start, we reserve the amount your balance can cover (up to the maximum session length). Unused reserved money returns to your wallet when the session ends.
- If the connection drops, billing stops at the last moment we heard from both parties.
- Offers may add free promotional credit. It is spent before your own money, cannot be withdrawn or refunded, and expires on the date shown.

6. Conduct
Do not share or ask for phone numbers, e-mail addresses, social media handles or payment details in a consultation; do not harass, threaten or abuse anyone; do not use the service for anything unlawful. We may end sessions, remove reviews and suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Reviews
You can review a paid consultation within 14 days. Reviews must be honest and must not contain contact details or abuse. We show your first name only.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation concerned.
9. Grievances and law
