Unused wallet money
You can ask for unused recharge money to go back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank). Raise a ticket in the app under Help. Money already spent on consultations can't be refunded this way. Refunds reach you in 5–7 working days after approval, depending on your bank.
Problems with a consultation
If an astrologer did not respond, the connection failed or you were charged incorrectly, raise a ticket from the consultation within 7 days. We check the session records (never the audio) and may refund part or all of the charge to your wallet.
Free promotional credit
Credit from offers is not money you paid, so it is never refunded. If you get a refund of a recharge that earned a bonus, the bonus is taken back.
Never charged
You are not charged when a request is declined, missed or cancelled, or when a session fails to connect. Any money reserved for it returns to your wallet immediately.
